Documents and details to check
Section 5 describes possible government ID, biometric facial scan, proof of address and SSN validation. Section 6 also requires matching payment/account names and allows extra checks for joint bank accounts. This is a list of possible checks, not a claim that every account faces identical requests.
Troubleshooting a pending request

Include the request ID, date, amount and a concise timeline when opening a support ticket. Keep a copy of the response. We cannot inspect accounts or verify that any individual payout was made.
Steps to request a prize
- Check your eligibility, qualifying balance and any playthrough requirement.
- Sign in, select the site’s Redeem option and review the available prize and payment details.
- Complete any identity and eligibility checks requested through Spree’s official channels.
- Keep the request confirmation and follow up with official support if needed.
Identity and payment checks
The rules say verification may include government photo ID, a facial scan, proof of address and SSN validation. Payment information and the account name must meet the rules; a joint bank account may require additional checks. Do not send sensitive documents to this independent review site or through unsolicited messages.
If a request is delayed
Check whether the request is pending, whether verification is complete and whether Spree has asked for information. Record dates and the request ID, then contact Spree support.
